Dispatch & Delivery Times

Although we cannot guarantee it, we endeavor to dispatch all orders the same day. Where an item is in stock, orders will normally be processed and dispatched the same day or the following day using a next-day courier service (DPD / Parcel Force / Royal Mail).

• Courier Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 18:00. If you supply a mobile number with your order, our couriers will endeavor to send you a text message with a more approximate delivery time.
• Standard Timelines: For UK orders, delivery will normally take 1 to 3 working days. We endeavor to deliver all orders within 5 working days.
• Urgent Orders: A guaranteed "Next Working Day" delivery can be arranged. Please contact our customer service team to set this up.
• Split Deliveries: Where products with different availabilities have been ordered, you will be notified of any items not in stock and provided with an estimated delivery date. In-stock items will be processed immediately, with the remainder to follow as they become available.

Delivery Charges

There is no minimum order value!

Standard delivery is FREE for most UK mainland orders. Please note that an additional carriage charge may be applied during the payment process for non-mainland UK postcodes.

Returns

All items can be returned and a full refund issued, minus the original postage costs incurred. All return refunds will be paid upon receipt of the returned goods.
